My little basketball player..

Austin had his first Jr. Jazz basketball game today. He is so good about being a team member, always cheering for those around him, even those on the other team. He just needs a little help in staying focused on the game. He was told which player he needed to defend, by which color wrist band matched with his, so that was pretty easy. Poor little guy... he would get focused on the game but then space out and look up at the cieling or look at his cheering mom for a thumbs up or just stand and wait for the other team to make a basket. I kept prompting him to keep his head in the game, alot..... by the last quarter he decided to stick to the game, he figured out that by defending another player was cool and fun. He left the game saying how much fun he had and he can't wait for another! He loves it!
