Funny.. Do we look like a sucker?
The same contractor that came in and made us pay $2000.00 in Remodel fees with approved plans by the city... that ended in double the price he told us and no remodel and basically let us down big time in the long run... gave Ron a call today.
We will call him Mr. "DUH" ... he was wondering if Ron would be interested in making lots of money through real estate. There will be a meeting in the hotel behind Mcgraths Restaurant tonight.

For some odd reason Mr. DUH thinks we are really dumb!

Mr. DUH,
we have "Lived and Learned", thank you for thinking of us, we are shocked you liked us so much you would want to hang out with us even more... Golly Gee, I should have invited you over for dinner, my bad! We really appreciate that you are willing to sacrifice and teach us more life lessons, but we will have to pass this time.

Hey, I am part of the sucker club too. Welcome and enjoy. We did try to start a support group for the rest of us suckers, but we had 2 problems.
1- Who wants to admit to being suckered?
2- No one ever believed me on the time and location.
Therefore I had to eat all the cookies and punch by myself (poor me).
The nerve!
Now... if the meeting were being held inside McGrath's Restaurant - meal included - I'd totally go! I love the macadamia crusted halibut. "YUM!"
