I'm a candy-holic!

You know what the best feeling in the world is?

I returned from our yearly trip to Escalante yesterday... all healthy eating habits and exercise don't even cross my mind during this time, there were way too many Peanut butter bars just sitting around, cinnamon bears hiding in my purse (can you imagine?), the Phillips traveling trail mix was found in the car, camp site and hotel room (M&M's, Twizzler bites and cashews) and of course I had to have in hand at all times.. Diet Dr. Pepper, which I think is funny to say in a sentence with sugar involved... hey it's part of a "Healthy Diet"!

So now what....
I will get back on track come Monday morning (that is said way to often in my vocab)...
It's Monday morning, I got up bright and early (6 am I might add) had a great 5 mile walk, pushed it even harder, sweatin', burnin' all the junk I ate.... feelin' pretty dang good...
Then I returned home and sitting there on my kitchen counter was the last of "Trail Mix"! I believe I heard it say ... EAT ME!! I tried really hard not to listen, really hard....

And so again,
I ate it, I ate it all!
Work out... sab-bo-taushed!!

Your site itself always looks like yummy, pretty candy to me. Add great pictures of actual candy and pop and my tummy is growling! I thin it's saying EAT ME! to me, too!

That's funny about your trail mix. I sent Lance and Kyle to the store to buy stuff for a scout campout, and that's the exact same ingredients they bought for trail mix! Do you usually mix them in the same bag? Cuz they did, and the twizzlers made the cashews soft. Do you have that problem?

I've been thinking about the trail mix since I read your blog. Sounds yummy. I heard you and Alan Folau got into a water fight at the reunion. I'm sad I missed it!!
